Parenting hack: Use the Threat of the Yak

When my kids were little and misbehaving, I’d say, “If you keep doing that, I’ll feed you to the yak!” A little levity while still conveying you mean business is effective. Now that they’re grown, when they don’t return my calls, ignore my texts, or otherwise annoy me, I simply send them this photo.
